  • Care and Cleaning
    The base metal is 925 sterling silver with a 999 silver plate and bright polish finish. No stones or enamel surfaces are present. Avoid direct contact with perfume, sunscreen, body lotion, hairspray, and chlorinated water as these dull the polished surface over time. Do not use ultrasonic cleaners or abrasive cloths on the wire surface. Wipe gently with a soft dry silver polishing cloth after each wear. The two wire strands have a small contact point at the top ring — do not submerge in liquid or attempt to clean between the strands with sharp tools.
  • Wear and Fit
    Thread the shepherd hook through the piercing from front to back in one smooth motion — do not force or angle sideways.
    The hook rests in the piercing naturally with no locking mechanism — confirm both earrings are seated before leaving home.
