At Luna Dura, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your jewelry does not meet your expectations—whether due to size, color, a defect, or any other reason—we gladly accept returns under specific conditions.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unworn and in its original condition with tags attached.

The original packaging must be intact.

For hygiene and customization reasons, earrings and custom-made pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom pieces include personalized engravings, custom sizes, and plating requests.

Sale or promotional items can be exchanged within 3 days of purchase but are not refundable.
Exchange & Refund Options
For eligible returns, you may:

Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Receive a refund to your original payment method. Once an item is received and inspected at our Dubai studio, refunds are processed within 14 days.

One-time size exchange is available for most ring designs within the 7-day window.
A fixed restocking and administrative fee of 30 AED applies to all change-of-mind returns to cover administrative and quality inspection costs. This fee is waived for verified manufacturing defects.
Return shipping costs and shipping insurance are the customer's responsibility for all change-of-mind returns. Verified manufacturing defects are exempt — Luna Dura covers return shipping and insurance in defect cases.

Warranty
Luna Dura jewelry comes with a six-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Each piece undergoes meticulous inspection before it reaches our boutique or website, but occasionally, a defect may occur.
Manufacturing Defects
Defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing care@lunadura.com or info@lunadura.com with your order number and a clear photo of the affected piece. Verified manufacturing defects are exempt from the 30 AED restocking fee.
If a jewelry piece breaks within the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect, we will either:

Exchange it for an identical item, or

Issue store credit equal to the value of the original piece.
Plating, Coatings & Stones
Natural wear, including fading or wearing of plating, coatings, or gemstone settings, is not considered a defect. Plating is covered under warranty for forty-five days from purchase; beyond this period, re-plating can be arranged at the customer's expense.
What is Not Covered
The warranty does not apply to:

Mechanical damage caused by improper handling

Jewelry that has not been stored or cared for correctly

Natural wear and tear

Loss of individual components such as earring backs, pendants, or gemstones
