Sculpted tulip drop earrings in 925 sterling silver, available in two finishes: a satin silver combining brushed and bright-polish surfaces on the same piece, and a cherry red enamel filling the circular disc behind the tulip bud. The motif — a three-dimensional bud emerging from engraved wheat-sprig leaves within a ridged circular frame — draws from centuries of Islamic decorative tradition in which the tulip represented paradise, grace, and protection. The two-tone silver finish took two years of refinement to balance the matte bud against the polished frame without one competing with the other. The cherry red enamel references the deep crimson of sadu weaving, the Bedouin textile tradition of the Gulf, and the rich henna tones associated with Khaleeji celebrations and milestones.

Will the enamel or silver finish tarnish over time?

Both variants are built on a 925 sterling silver base and are completely nickel-free. The cherry red enamel holds its colour well under normal wear but is not tarnish-resistant — perfume, chlorine, and abrasives will dull both the silver and the enamel surface over time. The satin silver variant uses two surface textures on the same piece; the bright-polish areas are more susceptible to micro-scratches. To clean either variant, wipe gently with a soft dry cloth. Do not use ultrasonic cleaners or silver-dip solutions on the enamel piece.
