The five-fingered Hamsa, revered across the Gulf as Kaf Fatimah, anchors this 925 sterling silver cuff in teal enamel with a genuine opal glowing at its centre. Twin bypass lines prevent the motif from rotating, keeping the Hand of Fatima visible and centred on the wrist. Raised carved hearts and moons are hidden within the enamel — a signature Luna Dura detail seen only on close inspection. Unlike wire-form alternatives, the 9.7g construction carries a substantive weight that reads as considered craftsmanship. Each natural stone is inspected by our in-house gemologist.   • Slide the open cuff onto the wrist from the side, not over the hand, to protect the enamel surface
    Inner diameter of 50 mm fits petite to average wrists; gently adjust the opening gap for a secure hold
    Twin bypass structure keeps the Hamsa centred on top of the wrist; do not over-flex the band
    Layer with a fine chain bracelet on the opposite wrist; avoid stacking directly against hard metal bangles that could scratch the enamel
  • Care & Cleaning
    Wipe the 925 sterling silver frame with a soft, lint-free cloth after each wear. Clean the teal enamel surface gently with a damp cloth only — do not soak or use ultrasonic cleaners, which can lift enamel and displace the opal setting. Keep sunscreen, perfume, and household chemicals away from both the enamel and the opal, as surface solvents can alter colour and sheen. Do not use silver dip solutions on this piece — the plating and enamel require gentle, dry polishing only.

Is the opal in this bangle genuine, and how do I care for it?

The opal used in this bangle is a genuine natural stone, not synthetic. Opal is a delicate gem with a water content of five to twenty percent, making it sensitive to heat, direct sunlight, and harsh chemicals. Clean with a slightly damp soft cloth only. Do not use ultrasonic cleaners, silver dips, or abrasive polishes, as these can displace the setting and dull the stone's iridescence. Store away from direct sun and in a stable humidity environment. Each natural stone is inspected by our in-house gemologist. Independent certification is available upon request.
Will the Hamsa motif spin or rotate on my wrist during wear?

No. The twin bypass design — two parallel silver wires forming the band — grips the wrist at two contact points on each side of the opening. This distributes weight evenly and prevents the Hamsa from rotating, keeping the hand symbol centred and visible on top of the wrist throughout the day. The 9.7g construction further stabilises the motif position, which is not achievable with standard single-wire cuffs.
