How do I prevent 925 silver tarnish in the UAE climate?
Always apply makeup, perfume, and hairspray before putting on your jewelry. Harsh chemicals alter the refractive index and brilliance of natural gemstones and accelerate oxidation on precious metals in high humidity.
Remove your jewelry before swimming or sleeping, and store it in your Luna Dura pouches to protect it from Dubai's air-conditioning condensation. If you purchase an item with a specialty finish (such as Satin/Brushed or Hammered), storing it separately prevents harder gemstones (like diamonds or sapphires) from scratching the metal.

What materials and metals do you use?
We engineer our jewelry using premium, hypo-allergenic alloys. Our core collection is crafted from 925 Sterling Silver (an exact alloy of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% strengthening metals) to provide substantial weight without the use of reactive base metals.
To further protect against the humid climate, many pieces feature a Bright Polished finish with 18K gold or rhodium plating, ensuring a mirror-like luster that resists scratching.
How do I find the right ring size and fit?
We accept US, UK, EU, and Arab sizing charts. Fingers naturally swell in the UAE heat, so if you are purchasing a wide band, we recommend sizing up slightly.
Many of our everyday rings are designed with a Comfort-Fit inside profile (a slightly convex interior curve) to allow the ring to slide easily over the knuckle and remain comfortable during temperature changes.
How secure are your chains and earring closures?
We do not compromise on structural components. Our necklaces utilize strong, interlocking chain styles such as Cable, Box, and Wheat chains, secured with heavy-duty Lobster Claw or Spring Ring clasps.
For earrings, depending on the design weight, we utilize secure Friction Posts with Clutch Backs for everyday studs, and mechanical Lever Backs or Omega Clips for heavier drop and chandelier earrings to ensure they sit perfectly flush against the earlobe.

Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

Timeline: You must initiate your return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and must pass a physical quality and purity inspection at our Dubai studio.

Exclusions: For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and custom-made pieces are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Fees: A fixed restocking and administrative fee of 30 AED applies to all "change-of-mind" returns.

Exchanges: We offer a one-time size exchange for most ring designs within the 7-day window.

Refund Processing: Once received and inspected at our Dubai studio, refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping and shipping insurance on change-of-mind returns. Manufacturing defects are exempt — Luna Dura covers shipping.
