Each pair has two parts: a pavé heart stud set with cubic zirconia, and a slim open heart wire frame that slides on behind it. Worn alone, the stud is a small, polished everyday piece; worn with the frame, a second heart outlines the lobe for a softer, more expressive look. Both are 925 sterling silver with a bright rhodium finish, secured with a post and butterfly back, and the pair weighs just 1.53 grams.
Instructions
