Instructions
  • Store in the Luna Dura gift box with the lid closed. Keep away from humidity — bathrooms and steam will accelerate tarnish on 925 sterling silver and can begin to lift the oxidized finish over time. Avoid direct sunlight and heat, which dull the silver surface. Do not store the cuffs pressed against each other or against other metal pieces, as the rope texture can scratch adjacent items and the ball ends can catch on chains. The oxidized finish is a surface treatment — protect it by storing in the gift box away from moisture and chemical exposure. For extended storage, add a small anti-tarnish strip but do not place it directly against the oxidized surface.
  • Slide the cuff onto the thinnest part of the upper ear first, then move it into the desired position — conch or helix recommended.
    Once positioned, gently squeeze the open ends inward until the cuff feels snug. Do not over-squeeze — the silver is malleable and can deform if excessive pressure is applied.
    The smooth ball ends should face outward; they prevent sharp edges from pressing into the cartilage.
    To remove, gently ease the open ends apart and slide the cuff back off the cartilage — do not yank or twist.
