The triple-strand tassel is the whole point of the design: three ball chains, hung at equal length from a bar header rather than a single ring, so they fall as three clean parallel lines instead of bunching. Ball chain is the one chain type that reads as solid metal at rest and as liquid fringe in motion, which is why the piece needs no stone, no texture and no ornament — the drop does the work, and the bright hand polish gives it the reflectivity that a longer line of silver needs to stay visible against fabric.
