The design's quiet signature is on the back: an engraved sunburst on the reverse of the pendant, a private detail only the wearer sees, behind a front-facing lotus that frames the pear-cut stone. The centre is a lab-grown pink sapphire — genuine corundum — held in a handmade silver bezel whose lightly textured surface protects it while keeping the setting soft. Handmade in the Luna Dura studio, Dubai.
Instructions
  • The pink sapphire is lab-grown — genuine corundum, the same mineral as mined sapphire, rated 9 on the Mohs scale. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth to keep the silver bright.
  • Store in a soft pouch or the Luna Dura box, apart from other pieces, to prevent scratches to the silver.
