A puffed 925 sterling heart, 13mm at its widest — the face uninterrupted except for a north star engraved at the centre, one CZ flush within the rays. Named for هيام, the Arabic word for passionate love and longing beyond reason, the design carries dual symbolism: the heart as universal language and the north star as a fixed point of guidance. Most heart studs at this price use CZ cluster or plain dome; the star engraving within the solid puffed face is uncommon. Three finishes on one 925 base: 18K gold, rose gold, and rhodium silver. Assembled at the Luna Dura studio, Sheikh Zayed Road.

Which finish lasts longest and will any of them tarnish?

The rhodium silver finish is the most tarnish-resistant of the three — rhodium maintains its cool bright tone with minimal care. All three are on a 925 sterling silver base — hypoallergenic and built to last. A soft cloth wipe after each wear keeps any finish bright.
Which finish suits a round face and which skin tone?

The Hiam Heart stud works well for round faces — the pointed bottom of the heart draws the eye downward, creating the impression of length at 13mm.
