The Headphone Pendant is the only music-motif piece in the Luna Dura catalogue and the only pendant engineered with movable components — both earcups articulate independently, distinguishing it from cast pendants where all elements are fixed. Both earcup faces and the headband arc are fully encrusted in clear CZ pave for an iced-in-and-out effect under any light. At 15.2 grams on a heavy rhodium-plated box chain, it carries deliberate physical presence. In the UAE market, most headphone pendants at AED 577 use minimal CZ or alloy base metal — full rhodium on genuine 925 silver at this weight is uncommon. Instructions
  • Fasten the lobster clasp before putting the necklace on — clip it closed, then bring the chain over the head and settle the pendant at chest level.
    The pendant hangs from a single bail — it will self-orient face-forward under its own weight at 15.2 grams.
    The earcups are movable by design — handle them gently and avoid forcing them past their natural range of motion.
    The box chain is heavy gauge and pairs with the pendant weight — do not substitute a finer chain, as it will not support the pendant correctly.
    Store with the clasp fastened to prevent the lobster clasp from catching on the chain links.
  • This necklace is made from 925 sterling silver with rhodium plating and cubic zirconia stones set in pave configuration across both earcups and the headband. To maintain the rhodium finish and CZ brilliance, avoid contact with perfume, hairspray, and sunscreen. Do not use ultrasonic cleaners — the vibration can loosen pave-set CZ stones over time. Do not use abrasive cloths or silver polish, as these will wear the rhodium plating. Remove before swimming, showering, or heavy exercise. After each wear, wipe with a soft dry cloth. Take care around the pave settings — do not press the earcups against hard surfaces, as this can dislodge stones at the setting edges.
