Luna Dura cannot predict additional charges such as import duties, taxes, or bank fees, including transfer or currency exchange fees. These vary by country, so for accurate details, contact your local customs office.
If required duties or taxes are not paid, your order may be returned to Luna Dura, and in that case, we cannot refund the original shipping fee.
Pickup
Orders can be collected in person at our showroom on Sheikh Zayed Road, Al Durrah Tower, Dubai. Pickup orders are kept in the store for three days.

- UAE-Wide Shipping: Delivered within 2–3 working days.
